This paper should be useful to all but I have the understanding that I am to address specifically just an aspect of leadership in the Kataf Youth Christian Association (KYCA), and that is the work of Administration - (The General Secretary and his Assistant). Expectedly, the audience today is not visitors to KYCA and so I will not delve into the details of what KYCA is all about or a breakdown of our activities. As an Economist I assume that as given in the KYCA constitution, ceteris paribus.
